1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "kain54" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming website accessible at kain54.cam and any associated mobile applications, services, and subdomains operated under the kain54 brand.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered an account on kain54 and is authorized to use the Platform's services.

• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by the Player on any outcome, event, game, or market offered on the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value held in the Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), which may be used to place bets or withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds by the Player into their kain54 Account via an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from the Player's Account balance to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by kain54 to the Player, which is subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by kain54 to confirm the Player's identity, age, and residency status.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

By registering an account on kain54, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. kain54 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with Indonesian legal standards and international responsible gaming best practices.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are legally permitted to access online gambling services from your current location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kain54 complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. Certain regions, territories, or countries may impose restrictions on online betting activities; you agree that it is your responsibility to verify the legality of your participation.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP), nor are you acting on behalf of a politically exposed person, unless you have disclosed this status during registration and received written approval from kain54.
• You are not self-excluded from any gambling platform, nor are you registered on any national or international gambling exclusion database.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account on kain54, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information submitted must match the details on your government-issued identification documents (Indonesian national ID card / KTP).

You agree that you will not register more than one account on kain54. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held in those accounts. kain54 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. kain54 may also request KYC documents at any time as part of ongoing account security and regulatory compliance measures. Required documents include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your ID card next to your face, confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the identification document submitted.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request may result in temporary account suspension and the inability to place bets or withdraw funds. kain54 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of KYC verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Login Credentials and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kain54 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or that your login credentials have been disclosed to a third party, you must immediately notify kain54 Customer Support via live chat or email. kain54 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access if you fail to notify us promptly or if the unauthorized access resulted from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

kain54 employs advanced security systems to monitor account activity for suspicious behavior, fraud indicators, and terms violations. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend any account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Examples of suspicious activity include, but are not limited to: abnormal betting patterns, use of automated betting software or bots, coordinated betting with other accounts, or deposits from payment sources not registered in the account holder's name.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kain54 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. kain54 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposits via BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited to your account instantly. Deposits via BNI, Mandiri, and other banks may take 5–15 minutes. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact Customer Support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Source of Funds and Anti-Money Laundering

You warrant that all funds deposited into your kain54 account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal or criminal activity. kain54 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. You agree to provide any additional documentation requested by kain54 to verify the source of your funds.

Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, provided that:

• The account has successfully completed KYC verification.
• All bonus wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (varies by payment method, typically Rp 50.000 – Rp 100.000).
• The withdrawal is being sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

kain54 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Other Banks: Up to 24 hours during business days.
• Gold VIP Members: Express processing in under 2 hours for all methods.

Withdrawals requested on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience delays due to bank clearing schedules. kain54 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider after the withdrawal has been processed on our end.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

kain54 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if:

• The account is under investigation for suspected fraud, terms violation, or suspicious activity.
• The Player has failed to provide requested KYC documents or additional verification information.
• Active bonus funds have not been wagered through or forfeited.
• The withdrawal amount significantly exceeds the total deposited amount and betting activity is deemed insufficient (to prevent money laundering).

In cases where a withdrawal is delayed for investigation, kain54 will notify the Player via email and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kain54 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus terms are published on the Promotions page and in the bonus notification email. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the specific terms applicable to each bonus before claiming it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard rollover requirement for kain54 bonuses is 15x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 500.000 bonus, you must place a total of Rp 7.500.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution (every Rp 1.000 wagered counts as Rp 1.000 toward rollover).
• Sports Betting: 100% contribution on bets with odds of 1.75 or higher.
• Live Casino: 10–50% contribution depending on the game (check specific bonus terms).
• Low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette) do not count toward rollover.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

kain54 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Examples of bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using automated software to meet wagering requirements. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and may have their account permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules and Settlement

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on kain54 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. kain54 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, including but not limited to cases where the bet is placed at obviously incorrect odds, where the event has already started, or where the Player's betting pattern suggests fraudulent activity or the use of inside information.

Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is considered final and cannot be canceled or amended by the Player. In rare cases where an obvious error is identified (such as a palpable pricing error), kain54 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

7.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the respective sport or competition. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.

For football (soccer) betting, all bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus added injury time), unless the specific market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Own goals count toward the final score; penalty shootout goals do not count for "Total Goals" markets.

7.3 Casino Game Results

All casino game outcomes (slots, live casino, table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer results, independently audited for fairness. Once a game round is completed and the result is displayed, the outcome is final. kain54 does not accept disputes based on internet disconnections during gameplay; if a disconnect occurs mid-round, the game will complete automatically and the result will be recorded in your game history.

8. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kain54 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on kain54.
• Collusion and Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonuses, or engage in syndicate betting operations.
• Use of Bots and Automated Software: Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Advantage Play and Arbitrage: Exploiting errors in odds, timing delays, or information asymmetries to guarantee profit.
• Fraudulent Payment Methods: Using stolen credit cards, unauthorized bank accounts, or any payment method not registered in your name.
• Chargebacks and Reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your account.
• Abusive or Threatening Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing kain54 staff members or other Players.

kain54 employs advanced fraud detection systems and works closely with payment providers and regulatory authorities to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Platform Availability

While kain54 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. kain54 will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from platform downtime.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The kain54 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kain54 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kain54, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if kain54 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account in the three months preceding the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kain54 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your kain54 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Any remaining balance in your account will be withdrawn to your registered bank account after deduction of any applicable bonuses, pending bets, or outstanding obligations. Once your account is closed, you may not register a new account on kain54 without prior written approval.

10.2 Suspension and Termination by kain54

kain54 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account poses a security risk to the Platform or other Players.

In cases of termination for terms violations, kain54 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings held in the account. You will be notified of the termination via email, and you may appeal the decision by contacting Customer Support within 14 days.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which kain54 is licensed to operate. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction.
